SANTO DOMINGO: El Consejo Nacional de Cooperativas (CONACOOP) reconoci\u00f3 los aportes del diputado Rafael M\u00e9ndez al sector cooperativo dominicano, y de manera particular, a las iniciativas que desde el Congreso buscan dotar al movimiento de una legislaci\u00f3n que se adapte a los avances logrados por el sector hasta este momento.<\/p>\n
En su discurso central ante la Asamblea Nacional de Delegados del CONACOOP, celebrada este domingo, su presidente Julito Fulcar, quien tambi\u00e9n es diputado, valor\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n del legislador por la provincia Bahoruco, quien junto a otros congresistas, han encaminado iniciativas orientadas a dotar al cooperativismo nacional de un c\u00f3digo cooperativo.<\/p>\n
El diputado M\u00e9ndez ha estado vinculado al sector cooperativo desde hace muchos a\u00f1os, en que ha servido como t\u00e9cnico, ha escrito libros y folletos sobre la materia, y fue Director General del Instituto de Desarrollo y Cr\u00e9dito Cooperativo (IDECOOP), el ente estatal del Estado para el sector, en el primer gobierno del Partido de la Liberaci\u00f3n Dominicana (PLD).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
