El Tercer Tribunal Colegiado del Distrito Nacional conden\u00f3 a 20 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a Esmailin Jos\u00e9 Beltr\u00e9 Valoy (a) La Maquinita, hallado culpable de matar de varios disparos a Juan Luis Morillo Reyes y de herir a Francisco Alberto Tejeda Troncoso.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho ocurri\u00f3 el 20 de agosto del a\u00f1o 2014, en el sector Gualey de esta capital. La Fiscal\u00eda del Distrito Nacional argument\u00f3 que la v\u00edctima se encontraba frente a su residencia en compa\u00f1\u00eda de su esposa, el imputado se present\u00f3 en el lugar y le propin\u00f3 cinco disparos al hoy occiso y uno en una pierna derecha a Francisco Alberto Tejeda, mientras este intentaba impedir el il\u00edcito.<\/p>\n<p>El tribunal conformado por los jueces, Rafael Pacheco, Tania Junes y Altagracia Ram\u00edrez, acogi\u00f3 como buenas y v\u00e1lidas las pruebas presentadas por el Ministerio P\u00fablico, representado en audiencia por el procurador fiscal litigante Eduardo Vel\u00e1squez, quien tambi\u00e9n manifest\u00f3 que este acto lo desat\u00f3 viejas rencillas entre el condenado y Morillo Reyes.<\/p>\n<p>Esmailin Jos\u00e9 Beltr\u00e9 Valoy (a) La Maquinita deber\u00e1 cumplir la pena impuesta en la Penitenciar\u00eda Nacional La Victoria por violaci\u00f3n a los art\u00edculos 295, 304, 309, 379 y 385 del C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano y los art\u00edculos 2, 3 y 39 p\u00e1rrafo III de la Ley 36.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"p_p_id_articletopicsportlet_WAR_newsportlet_INSTANCE_5ec9501f248d45c38df5b8afb3112c74_\" class=\"portlet-boundary portlet-boundary_articletopicsportlet_WAR_newsportlet_  portlet-static portlet-static-end article-topics-portlet detalle-metadatos\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SANTO DOMINGO.
