Winston Churchill, la noche del pasado 26 de febrero.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-141960\" src=\"https:\/\/informativoaldia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/muerta.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/informativoaldia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/muerta.webp 350w, https:\/\/informativoaldia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/muerta-300x171.webp 300w, https:\/\/informativoaldia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/muerta-320x183.webp 320w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo a informaciones del abogado de la familia de la v\u00edctima, Affe Guti\u00e9rrez, desde el primer momento que tuvieron en la mano la solicitud de medidas de coerci\u00f3n, el documento no contemplaba la agravante del alcohol. Situaci\u00f3n, que seg\u00fan indic\u00f3, la misma jueza se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Guti\u00e9rrez dijo que hab\u00eda mecanismos para poder determinar el grado de alcohol en la sangre, adem\u00e1s del alcohol\u00edmetro, como las pruebas de sangre.
